Congressman Bass is very concerned about the impact of gasoline prices on Granite State families. While the Gulf of Mexico region's platforms, pipelines, port terminals, and refineries are being repaired and brought back into production, we also need to be sure consumers are being treated fairly.

On Wednesday, September 7, the House Energy and Commerce Committee will be holding a hearing to investigate allegations of illegal and unfair price gouging and the impact of hurricane Katrina on our energy supplies.

If you believe there has been price-gouging or price-fixing in your neighborhood, please provide me as much of the following information as you can that I may use at this hearing and pass on to federal officials for enforcement.
