I have introduced a bipartisan four-pollutant bill to reduce harmful emissions from our nation’s power plants. The Clean Air Planning Act, H.R. 1873, is co sponsored by U.S. Representatives Jim Davis of Florida, Jim Cooper of Tennessee, and my New Hampshire colleague Jeb Bradley. The bill represents the most balanced and thoughtful alternative to the Administration's Clear Skies initiative. Additional information about the bill is available through the links below.
