Listening Posts
Kit and Constituents

The hardest part of being a United States Senator is having to spend too much time away from Missouri. Though I come home almost every weekend, there never seems to be enough time to personally meet with all the Missourians with questions about the federal government.

That is why I established the "Listening Post" program.

Members of my staff hold these meetings in 109 counties in Missouri to make sure that my office personally takes care of Missourians.

Even in an age of email, cell phones and faxes, I believe that face-to-face contact still works best. No technology can replace a handshake.

The only way I can do the best job possible is if I hear from you.

Below you will find the latest Listening Post Schedule. Please call the contacts listed below in order to determine whether any last minute changes have been made to the schedule.

If you have a question or need more immediate assistance, please feel free to write or call my office at 308 East High Street, Suite 202, Jefferson City, Missouri 65101, or phone 573-634-2488.

My job is to serve Missourians. I need to hear about a problem if I am going to help solve it.

Thank you and I look forward to meeting with you in the coming months.
