How to Order a Flag

You can order a flag by calling our Washington D.C. office or by downloading the Flag Request Form. You may either fax the form to the fax number listed or mail it to the address at the bottom of the request form. The appropriate form of payment should also be mailed to the address listed at the bottom of the request form. Please allow at least three weeks for your flag to be delivered. If you want special arrangements for your flag, please specify this during your order.
