E-Filing with the Senate

The steps listed below are the same whether you are working on a PC or a Macintosh with the following exception:

  • PC users must perform these steps when the form is open in a browser.
  • Macintosh users must perform these steps when the form is open in Adobe Reader.

To file your form with the Senate:

  1. Open the completed, unsigned form in a browser.
  2. Click the Form Complete button to insert the filing buttons.
  3. Enter your password in the Senate Password field and click the File with Senate button. Example image of the filing buttons on the lobbying disclosure forms
  4. A Filing Verification screen is displayed.

    Note: If you are working on a Mac, the browser window will be opened from Adobe Reader.

  5. Click the button to Officially File your document with the Senate.
  6. When the filing has been received the web page is updated with a confirmation number. Example image of Senate filing confirmation screen
