Tax Relief
I firmly believe that we need to reform and simplify the tax code to allow Americans to keep more of their hard earned money. The recently passed tax cuts lowered taxes for millions of Americans, increased the child tax credit, and phased out the unfair death tax. Unfortunately, these tax cuts are set to expire in the near future. I am committed to working towards permanently extending these tax cuts and reforming our complicated tax system. Additionally, I will work toward providing tax relief that will create incentives for small businesses, promote home ownership, and increase job opportunities for all Americans.
