My office is happy to send letters of greetings to Pennsylvanians who are interested in receiving acknowledgement for accomplishments, recent awards, and special occasions. 

If you would like to obtain a congratulatory, retirement, anniversary, condolence, or birthday letter from my office, please contact 202-224-6324 by phone.  Please have the following information available when you contact my office:

• Name of person to whom the letter should be addressed
• Mailing address of that individual(s)
• Reason for letter, i.e., birthday, anniversary, recent birth
• Date of event
• Deadline for the request
• Contact name and phone number in case my staff should need to contact you. 

You may also fax your requests to 202-228-0604.  Please specify the letter you are requesting in the subject line.

You may also request a proclamation from my office.  Proclamations are usually requested for special events, award ceremonies, and general accomplishments.  Proclamations are statements on an individual(s) accomplishment(s) and are not personally addressed to the recipient of the award.

Please provide a minimum of four weeks notification prior to the deadline for your request.
