Thank you for contacting me regarding federal agencies and constituent casework assistance. I am committed to helping Pennsylvanians work with federal agencies to resolve and difficulties they may have the federal government.

My staff is ready to help with a variety of matters related to the federal government; although, I cannot guarantee a favorable outcome for you, my office can make sure your case gets a fair review and/or refer you to the correct agency or office to answer your question or provide you with information.

Please understand that under federal law, I must have request in writing before my office can take any action on your behalf. To initiate your casework, it is important for you to complete the Privacy Act waiver below; then manually fill out the Social Security number and signature fields before mailing or faxing to one of my offices. On the next page you will find a listing of my offices in Pennsylvania, please send your request for help to the office nearest you. Please note that my office cannot initiate action (beyond sending a privacy release form) on your behalf based on an email message and that an email message cannot substitute for a signed privacy release form.

Please note that it is a violation of Senate Ethics for United States Senators to intervene in the judicial process. If you are having legal problems, you  may wish to contact an attorney for assistance. If you are a resident of Pennsylvania and your difficulty is with the federal government, I am Always pleased to be of assistance. However, if your probe lm is with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, for instance the issuance of drivers' licenses, please refer to www.state.pa.us. You may also use this site to determine who represents you in the Pennsylvania General Assembly, or to contact the Governor's office or state agency.

Casework Privacy Statement


Under the provisions of the Privacy Act of 1974, I hereby request and authorize Senator Santorum to intercede on my behalf, including the right to review all appropriated documentation that he or hisshe or her staff deems necessary in connection with the application for assistance or any other action I have pending with the agency named below. I understand that any documents I provide to Senator Santorum or his staff may be copied and forwarded to officials of federal agencies involved in executing my request for assistance. I further understanded that all fedreal agencies are allowed a minimum of 30 days to respond to congressional inquiries.
