Flags may be flown over the United States Capitol Building on any day of the year, for special occasions or events. Only flags purchased through a Congressional Office can be flown, and each flag is accompanied by a certificate showing when it was flown. The certificate may also include other details, such as names of recipients and the occasion honored. You may also choose to purchase a flag without having it flown over the Capitol. All flags are made in the United States and are available at cost. The prices listed below include the cost of shipping each flag via US Mail.
