HELP WITH A FEDERAL AGENCY

Senator Sununu can help constituents with problems they are having with the federal government.

Where to start?

1) Start by checking the Commonly Requested Federal Services Page for answers to common problems and questions, such as how to get a passport, help with Social Security benefits, or Veterans’ Healthcare.

2) If you can’t find an answer online, you can ask Senator Sununu for assistance.

Constituents will need to fill out an “Authorization Form,” which will allow Senator Sununu and his staff to act on your behalf with federal agencies. Remember to include all information that may be useful, such as letters or other documents related to your question. Please return the authorization form to Senator Sununu so we can assist you as soon as possible.

Download the form here and return it by fax or U.S. mail.
