Academy Nominations
I take great pride in the opportunity to nominate young men and women as candidates to the U.S. Naval Academy, U.S. Air Force Academy, Merchant Marine Academy and West Point. Nominations are not needed to go the Coast Guard Academy; however, my academy coordinators would be happy to assist you with any information you may need.

Casework
I take great pride in helping Nevadans who have questions or concerns involving various federal agencies. Having a problem with the federal government can be very frustrating. However, I have qualified caseworkers in my state offices to assist you in these situations and provide guidance and answers.

Flag Requests
I am pleased to inform you that my office accepts flag requests to have an American flag flown over the United States Capitol for Nevadans. Due to delays in mail delivery, I am accepting flag requests at my Las Vegas office instead of my Washington, DC office.

Getting Grants
Information Web page, prepared by the Congressional Research Service for Members of Congress, which gives guidance and Internet resources on Federal grants and nonfinancial assistance, as well as on private foundation funding.

Internships
If you would like to be considered for the 2006 winter/ 2007spring internship sessions in one of my offices, you may submit your information by filling out the following form.

Tour Requests
Washington, D.C. is an exciting city to visit, with many interesting places to tour. Please be sure to check out my Welcome to Washington Guide. My office can schedule tours of the U.S. Capitol and limited tours of the White House.

Welcome to Washington
Every Thursday that the Senate is in session, Senator Ensign and I hold a breakfast at 8:30 a.m. in the U.S. Capitol to welcome you to Washington. I enjoy these breakfasts because they give me the chance to talk with my fellow Nevadans in a comfortable and relaxed setting.
