Casework

I consider it my primary responsibility to ensure that you have an effective forum to resolve any problem you may be having with a federal or state government agency. Therefore, it is a pleasure to provide casework assistance to my fellow New Jerseyans. So please allow my staff to help you cut through the red tape with the Social Security Administration; workers' compensation claims; military service problems; veterans' benefits; and immigration problems.

In accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Act 1974 (Title 5, Section 552A U.S.C.), I must obtain your permission to make inquiries or to receive any information on your behalf. Click on the link below to download a copy of this form.

Service Academy Appointments

Service Academy Appointments

Every United States Senator has the opportunity to nominate candidates for each of the following academies: the United States Military Academy at West Point, the United States Naval Academy, the United States Air Force Academy, and the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy.

United States Senators do not nominate candidates for the Coast Guard Academy; these appointments are handled by the Academy itself.

If you are interested in applying to any of the above referenced academies, please submit a letter requesting consideration to Senator Robert Menendez's Newark office:

Senator Robert Menendez

It is also advisable to request an application from the academy. The application will provide you with information on the admission requirements, answers to frequently asked questions, and will include a Prospective Candidate Questionnaire.

Applicants are asked to send only one application either by mail or by fax.
