My staff can arrange the purchase of a United States flag that will be flown over the Capitol building to commemorate a special event or occasion such as an anniversary, wedding, or birthday. In addition to the flag, you will receive a certificate from the Architect of the Capitol stating the name of the person for whom the flag was flown, the occasion for which it was flown, and the date it was flown.
