Assistance With Federal Agencies | |||
As your Congresswoman for the 14th district of New York, I look to bring the government to you, the people.
I can help to make sure that your concerns receive a response. Most federal agencies will require a release signed by you before they will respond to an inquiry from me. Please write a letter to me or fill out the release form that is available below, explaining your concerns. Be sure to include all relevant case numbers, ‘A’ numbers, Social Security numbers or other identifying information that relate to your inquiry. For your convenience, I have provided a printable release form that you can use. Simply type in the necessary information, print out the form, sign it and mail it to me at my Manhattan district office. If you are not able to print out a release form, my staff will mail one to you. You can always call my district offices to discuss your concerns with a member of my staff.
