Veterans Affairs
As a member of the Senate Armed Services Committee and the son of a veteran, I am personally dedicated to looking out for the interests of all military personnel, active and retired, who call Texas home. The honor-bound agreement between our men and women in uniform and our nation does not end at retirement. No veteran should ever be forgotten.
  • We must ensure that veterans receive the health care, retirement pay, and disability benefits that they deserve.
  • I will work to improve the quality of life for all veterans. They have paid a debt to our country that we must not forgive or forget.
