Help with Federal Agencies My district office is available to help constituents of the 32nd Congressional District navigate the federal government and obtain timely and accurate information from federal agencies. Whether you need assistance, for example, with obtaining your Social Security, Medicare or veterans benefits, or seeking an update from the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service or the Internal Revenue Service, my district staff is available to help you. To receive federal casework assistance from my office, please: 1. Complete and sign the Privacy Act Release Form. (Under the Privacy Act, this form is required in order to allow my staff to discuss your case with the appropriate federal agency). 2.
