Constituent Services

As your U.S. Senator, one of my most important roles is to serve as your liaison with the federal government and its agencies. I understand how challenging it can be when dealing with the bureaucracy. My staff and I will do everything possible to assist you in resolving any difficulties you may be experiencing. Your needs and concerns are a top priority for me.

The Privacy Act of 1974 requires that I have your written permission to make an inquiry on your behalf. Therefore, you will need to complete a Privacy Release Form. If the problem relates to an immigration problem, you will need to complete the Immigration Privacy Release Form. Please be sure to include all of your pertinent contact information so my staff and I may respond to you. Once you have completed the Privacy Release Form, please send the information to my Dallas Office:

Senator John Cornyn
5005 LBJ Freeway, Suite 1150
Dallas, Texas 75244-6199

If you need immediate assistance regarding an urgent problem you are experiencing with the federal government, mail or fax your information to my Dallas office to ensure that your difficulties are brought to my attention as soon as possible.

Although email has become an effective way to communicate, most federal agencies will not respond to my inquiries unless I have your written permission and signature. Please feel free to contact my Dallas office with any questions you may have. 972-239-1310.

If you would like to leave comments on my website regarding legislative and/or general issues, please visit my contact form at http://www.cornyn.senate.gov/contact.
