For cases involving an agency that is not federal, you will need to contact the appropriate state, county, or local government official.
The Separation of Powers as outlined in the U.S. Constitution restricts members of the legislative branch of the federal government from becoming involved in court cases and legal matters.
In most instances it will be necessary to obtain a direct request for help from the person or persons needing assistance even when there are others advocating or requesting help on their behalf.
