I am honored to serve on the House Appropriations Committee.  The Appropriations Committee is divided into thirteen subcomittees, which are responsible for allocating actual spending in each area of the federal budget.  I am proud to serve on the Transportation, Treasury, HUD, The Judiciary, District of Columbia and Independent Agencies; Military Quality of Life, Veterans and Related Agencies (Vice-Chairman); Interior, Environment and Related Agencies.
