CONGRESSMAN ADERHOLT DISCUSSES CONSTITUTION RESTORATION ACT ON WALLBUILDERS LIVE
WASHINGTON, D.C. - Congressman Robert Aderholt (R-Haleyville) appeared on the Wallbuilders Live radio program today to discuss the Constitution Restoration Act, legislation he introduced in the 109th Congress.
The Constitution Restoration Act (H.R. 1070) would require federal courts to operate within the jurisdiction set by our founding fathers within the United States Constitution as it pertains to the public acknowledgment of God as the sovereign source of law, liberty, and government. The legislation was re-introduced by the Congressman in March 2005 and is currently awaiting consideration by the House Judiciary Committee.
