Congressional Rural Housing Caucus

About the CRHC

The Congressional Rural Housing Caucus was created to bring together Members of Congress from rural communities to advocate for legislation and policy changes that:

  1. Expand the availability of safe and affordable housing - both homeownership and rental - in rural America;
  2. Eliminate substandard housing in rural America; and
  3. Focus on those infrastructure needs - water, sewer, telecommunications, and schools - that are intertwined with rural communities' housing needs.
