InternshipsCongresswoman Miller is pleased to offer internship opportunities at both her Washington, D.C. and Shelby Township offices year round. Internships are non-paid positions that provide an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in a Congressional office and a unique perspective on how our government works.
Intern's responsibilities may include: attending legislative hearings and writing briefs, conducting legislative research, drafting correspondence, assistance with constituent services (casework), administrative duties (answering phones, faxing, filing, copying, data entry, etc.), attending meetings or events. Strong computer and writing skills are necessary.
