The Democratic Members of the Committee are committed to improving our nation's intelligence community and capabilities. We care deeply about America's ability to detect and understand the varied threats that we face today. We share many common goals with the Majority and work closely with them in authorizing and overseeing U.S. intelligence activities. Our bipartisan approach is especially critical in light of the fact that today there are many enemies, about whom we know precious little, who would do grave harm to the United States and our way of life.
