Through this portal commercial vendors seeking federal markets for their products and services can search, monitor, and retrieve opportunities solicited by the entire federal contracting community.

The foundation researches community needs and distributes grants to humanitarian, educational, health, and cultural organizations in Delaware.
Delaware Division of the Arts - http://www.artsdel.org/
The DDOA is dedicated to promoting and developing the arts in Delaware. Grants and programs are administered to support arts programs, educate the public, and increase awareness of the arts throughout the state.
Delaware Humanitarian Forum - www.dhf.org
The forum offers grants for humanitarian programs sponsored by non-profit organizations for the public. Possible institutions include universities, libraries, museums, labor unions, and other community and service organizations. Grants vary in size from a few hundred dollars to $35,000.
MBNA Foundation: Delaware Excellence in Education - www.mbnafoundation.org/grantsde.html
Grants are targeted at students from Kindergarten -12 for amounts of $250 or more (there is no maximum). Books, science equipment, theater projects, career counseling, field trips and professional development for teachers have been some of the many items that have been funded by the grants.
