The Senate will convene at 2:00 p.m. and will be in a period of morning business with Senators permitted to speak for up to 10 minutes each.

The Senate may proceed to consideration of H.R. 5385, the Military Quality of Life and Veterans Affairs Appropriations Act during Monday's session.

Senator Carper talks with workers about the construction of the new Canalfront Park in Lewes. He toured the construction site after receiving an update on the progress of the project, which is expected to be completed by November and will include a 22-slip marina, canalfront plantings and the infrastructure required for future park expansion.
