Senator
Conrad helps pack holiday care packages for U.S. troops
overseas in Iraq and Afghanistan. The effort is part of
the North Dakota Chapter of Vietnam Veterans of America
(VVA) annual “Operation Holidays” program.
As
part of his continuing effort to support U.S. troops,
Senator Conrad has helped the VVA overcome many of the
logistical hurdles involved with sending holiday packages
to soldiers in combat zones.
