Services: How can I help?

My office can help any Nebraskan with any issues, problems, or dealings with a federal agency. With your permission my staff can make inquiries on anything from visa applications, to lost Social Security checks. My office is ready to help.

How do we begin?

Step 1. Contact Me

Most requests for assistance are handled in my state offices in Omaha or Lincoln and my mobile offices in the Scottsbluff and Chadron areas.

The best way to get the process moving is to put your concerns in writing. Your letter should include any information you think will help me assist you. Clearly state the issue or difficulty you are having with the federal agency or agencies. If you are unable to contact my office in writing because of a disability or other condition, please call or stop by one of my offices and we will be pleased to take down your information.

Your written letter is important because it gives my office permission to make an inquiry on your behalf. In dealing with certain agencies, including the IRS, an additional privacy release form must be submitted. My office will assist you in completing the appropriate forms.
