COMMITTEE ACTION

The Committee on Resources met in open markup session on Wednesday, July 26, 2006, and considered the following bills :

 

H.R. 479 (Jeff Miller), To replace a Coastal Barrier Resources System map relating to Coastal Barrier Resources System Grayton Beach Unit FL-95P in Walton County, Florida.

By unanimous consent, the Subcommittee on Fisheries and Oceans was discharged from further consideration of H.R. 479.

An amendment in the nature of a substitute offered by Mr. Pombo was AGREED TO by unanimous consent.

Ordered favorably reported to the House, as amended, by unanimous consent.

 

H.R. 4893 (Pombo), To amend section 20 of the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act to restrict off-reservation gaming.

The amendment in the nature of a substitute offered by Mr. Pombo, as amended, was AGREED TO by voice vote.
