FLAGS FLOWN OVER THE CAPITOL
Graphic - United States flag The Senate Sergeant At Arms flies many flags over the Capitol every day. If you would like a flag flown on a particular day for a special person, please print out one of the forms below and mail it to Senator Harkin's Des Moines office. Complete instructions are included on the form itself. You may also use this form to order flags that have not flown over the Capitol building.
