Active duty military members whose legal residence
or home of record is Arizona can contact Senator Kyl for assistance.
A Privacy Act Consent Form
signed by the military member is required for all inquiries with
the members branch of service. The signed form can be returned
via facsimile to Senator Kyls office if the inquiry is of
an emergency nature.
It is recommended that a military member pursue
all remedies within his or her chain of command before requesting
assistance from Senator Kyl.

Senator Kyl can inquire about a constituents enlistment
with the military branch.

Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) is the agency responsible
for administering the finances of the Department
of Defense. All problems with retired military pay should
be directed to the DFAS Cleveland Center, while the DFAS Denver
Center handles questions concerning the Survivor Benefit Plan.

the health care plan for active duty and retired military members,
maintains a web site with helpful information on all of its benefits.
"I am not receiving the proper amount of
retired pay. Can the Senator look into this for me?
Senator Kyl, with written authorization, can forward
information about this constituents problem to the DFAS
Cleveland Center for its review and response.
I am experiencing difficulties with TRICARE
not covering treatment my doctor says I need.
