ON SELECTION AS SOLE FINALIST FOR CHANCELLOR OF TEXAS A&M; SYSTEM
WASHINGTON, DC -- Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison (R-TX), today congratulated Michael D. McKinney, M.D. on being named the sole finalist for chancellor of the Texas A&M; University System by the Board of Regents.
“I am pleased the Board of Regents has chosen such a qualified candidate for this important leadership position. The Texas A&M; System is comprised of exemplary research institutions and I know Dr. McKinney will be an excellent leader.
