SAN ANGELO, TX -- Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison (R-TX), Vice Chairman of the Senate Republican Conference, today delivered remarks on the nation’s energy future to a group of elected officials, community leaders and business owners at the West Texas Legislative Summit.
