Congresswoman Shelley Moore Capito presented a check for $100,000 to the Mason County Tourism Mural Project to help with the riverfront murals project in Point Pleasant.

Congresswoman Shelley Moore Capito joins Randal and Anna McCloy and other congressional and state leaders, including West Virginia Governor Manchin and Sen. Byrd, in watching President Bush sign the MINER Act into law. The new law represents the most sweeping reform to mine safety laws in nearly 30 years.
